LPN Nursing Program Supervisor

Supervise and mentor nursing staff and direct care professionals.

Oversee a small caseload of 3 individuals and their nursing care, medication administration, and individual support plans (ISPs).

Ensure a safe, supportive, and person-centered home environment.

Manage schedules, documentation, budgets, and compliance with state regulations.

Respond to emergencies and provide crisis intervention as needed.

Current Pennsylvania LPN license required.

Nursing experience (3+ years preferred) and supervisory experience (1+ year preferred).

Valid driver's license and ability to assist individuals safely.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, overnights, and holidays.
