Viper press (smooth motion from ground to press without resting log on chest) is permitted. Lifters are permitted to bend knees and use legs to push press or jerk the weight. Once weight is pressed, lifter can hold the bar at their chest between presses, or rest bar on ground and clean again between presses. Lifters must drop bar on crash pads when returning it to the ground. Lifters should not let go of the bar until it is below their shoulders (no dropping from overhead).
