We are “gearing up” for The Arc's 5th Annual “Fund-Racer” Event to coincide with #CentreGives on Wednesday, May 6th from 3:30-5:30pm!

New this year, The Arc is hosting a PINEWOOD DERBY RACE, using wooden cars racing down an inclined wooden track! Get ready for a thrilling, gravity-fueled competition!

New this year! The "Racer" of each Pinewood Derby Car can be a single individual OR a team of up to three people!

We are looking for RACERS who are ready to RACE TO RAISE FUNDS!

We are looking for RACERS ready to race to raise at least $300.00 in funds for The Arc to help give us the power to upgrade our vehicle fleet, and have a chance to take the crown in TheArc300 Inaugural Race!

At the heart of this event is an amazing opportunity to raise money to support programming for persons with a disability. When you choose to support this event, remember that you are supporting a very worthy organization in Centre County. Serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities for 70+ years, The Arc is dedicated to embodying and protecting the human rights of the individuals we serve. It is The Arc’s mission to provide person-centered planning which enhances the lives of the people we serve while ensuring freedom of choice and maximizing inclusion.

We are looking to raise funds that will give The Arc the power to upgrade some of our vehicle fleet. Securing reliable transportation to use in our programs is a vital part of The Arc’s services and this enables our agency to ensure that everyone can live as a part of their community. By supporting this event, you allow us to do more!*The location for this year's event is still TBD- we are deciding between the Boalsburg Fire Hall or here at The Arc Main Office! Once we know for sure, we will get that information out! BUT- the DATE and TIME are SET!
