FT RN Program Specialist - Applicants must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid PA RN License. Applicants must also have a valid driver’s license and have or be willing to apply for Act 33/34 Clearances. A master’s degree is preferred with one year experience working with individuals with cognitive disabilities or a bachelor’s degree with at least two years experience. To be considered for this position you must submit salary requirements along with your application.


Part Time Residential Program Worker - Must be 18 years of age, valid drivers license, Act 33/34 Clearances, High school diploma, and Motor Vehicle Record.


Part Time Sleep Aide - Must be 18 years old, high school diploma, and act 33/34 clearances.


Part-Time Home-Based Program Worker - Must be 18 years of age, valid drivers license, Act 33/34 Clearances, High school diploma, and Motor Vehicle Record.


Part-Time LPN - Must mainatin a Licensed Practical Nurse, valid drivers license, must be 18 years of age, and Act 33/34 Clearances, and completed Motor Vehicle report.

Who Are We?

  • The Arc of Centre County, Pa., Inc. is an advocacy and service provider organization dedicated to improving the lives of persons with developmental disabilities.
  • The Arc is a member agency of the Centre County United Way.
  • The Arc is composed of people from all walks of life.
  • The Arc is a non-profit agency.

The Arc of Centre County was started in 1953 by a group of concerned parents. The chapter has grown to serve persons with developmental disabilities across the lifespan and throughout the county. All of The Arc's efforts are geared towards ensuring the rights of persons with developmental disabilities, supporting their families, and helping each person reach his or her personal best, through an array of community services. Services offered by The Arc include Community Living Arrangements; Supported Living; Family Living and Home-Based Waivers; Nittany Employment Services; and Life-Link, a cooperative effort with the State College Area School District.
